Coaches
We provide coaches with an option to 3 different programs. We have 3 different Coach Courses you can choose from: HFU Level 1, HFU Level 2 and HFU Women Football. All of our courses are ADDITIONAL to your Federations program!
Our programs are for a minimum of 12 coaches and can be organised at your club, in Spain or in Holland.
HFU Level 1 is our starter course and is mainly for coaches who hold a Federation C license. This course is a masterclass after your Federations C license. We take the 5 needle movers of a coach job and take these subjects more into depth through our courses. To attend our Level 1 course all coaches need a minimum Federation C license.
HFU Level 2 is the Advanced program we offer, and it is mainly for coaches with a B or A license who want to go deeper in tactics as well as leadership. The course is an additional masterclass after your Federations B or A license. HFU creates a blended course with online training, a live 5 days course in Holland, and online High Performance coaching. To attend our Advance Level 2 Course all coaches need a minimum Federation B license.
The HFU Women Football course is created especially for coaches who want to work on the growth and challenges in the Women Game at club and National Team level. These courses are for male and female coaches working in Womenfootball, or ones that want to learn more in this domain. With Mary’s experience in building professional womenfootball in Holland, HFU offers clear tactics on growing your leadership and football strategies in Womenfootball. To apply for this course all coaches need a Minimum Federation D license!
Examples Clubs and Federation Programs
We come to you! With our (minimum) 3-day on site programs, we provide Clubs and Federations the opportunity to create a tailor-made approach for their players and coaches staff at your own accommodation. We offer for example 3-Day Coach Courses, working with your coaches staff and 2 playergroups on your specific goals and challenges. This 3 days Coachcourse is an invitation to bring in ambitious coaches as well as offer players the opportunity to work with highly respected top coaches from Holland. Coaches who have a proven trackrecord on developing players and coaches to their next Level.
Holland Football University offers also customized Teamprograms to Spain and/or Holland. You want to choose to work with us if you are interested in a full service offered professional trip to prepare your team. Testing, data analytics, a tailor-made Coachcourse for your Staff only, professional games and video analysing. If you want to go for a full professional experience and have your players and staff experience (semi)professional football in Holland or in Spain, we will be the right partner.
